Arranging a long distance drive for my daughter and her two dogs was a totally seamless experience. I spoke with the client representative, to make the arrangements and she got back to me almost immediately with all the information we needed to get under way.

Our driver was an absolute professional - excellent communication and he was very kind with the dogs. My daughter felt completely safe with him at the wheel.I could not be happier with the service we got from AmRide and I look forward to using their service again.

This was our first time using this service and our experience was outstanding!  We were in need of a very early morning pickup (5 am) in Central Michigan. We reached out to 6 different companies to no avail. Upon learning about AmRide, we had our ride confirmed within the hour.

Recently we contracted AmRide to drive us on part of our family holiday.  The car was modern, clean, and spacious (could easily fit 4 people).  While driving, Thomas was kind enough to explain the history of the area/ people and answered all the strange questions only a tourist asks when trying to understand the country and speaking to a local.  He was generous enough to stop so we could get breakfast and much-needed coffee.  When booking the vehicle he responded promptly answering all my questions, giving us realistic quotes and we would recommend him to anyone who needed to use a driver service in the USA.  They went beyond our expectations, and we will be using them again on our next trip. 

AmRide is a life saver!  Being in another state, with all the challenges we face today and needing to transfer a loved one to a new home I was at a loss.  From the first minute I spoke to Chris I knew that AmRide was a company who knew the meaning of "Customer Service" and "Caring".  I cannot begin to tell you the options that were given and the "What is best for You!" attitude that I experienced.  And the driver, Elizabeth was excellent.  Before, during (at stops) and after drop off, there was communication to relieve my fears and know all was good.  I work with Seniors who do not drive anymore and I am definitely recommending AmRide for when they want to visit family/friends.  AmRide is a blessing!

I'm in FL now with my car : ) and I wanted to send a note of praise for AmRide and Sandra, my driver. She went above my expectations; communicated with me before, during and after completion, she was very helpful with my belongings and even arranged for easy parking at the airport hotel for pickup. Everything went better than I expected. I'll definitely refer and recommend your service and her as a driver. 

Angelo was absolutely amazing driving us around last month. He was professional, courteous, and patient. He had great interactions with my brother in law and me. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks for having such great drivers, will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

Kevin showed up early and helped me bring down my bags. He also extended his kindness when I accidentally left my medication in the back seat and he quickly came back to return it to me. I even had permission to play my music in the car. So, thank you Kevin. Traveling always makes me anxious but your calm demeanor helped me find peace.

When some told me to fly home with my dog and ship the car, because of AmRide I was able to keep my dog and car with me while someone else did the heavy driving that I just could not do.
This journey turned into an unexpected adventure and actually ended up checking off a couple of my bucket lists to do items. Driving through mountains in Colorado with Sandy (who I could tell loves driving the mountains) was a beautiful experience that I will never forget. It may indeed be the last time I experience mountains in my lifetime and it will always be a happy memory.
